My cat gave birth 5 days ago, how long should i wait before i take her to get neutered? Should i wait until the kittens are weaned onto cat food? She is already asking to go outside!

He just went mad! He started running around really fast, like he was running away from something. He ran so hard he slpped on the floor and hits himself with every wall. And then he jumped on my bed, and I can feel how he is running around really fast, then stop, then run again. It's worrying me. A while ago he fell from the bed because of his exsessive moving, and now he went calmly to sleep to his favorite spot.

He really worried me. What could it be?

He is three months old, if it helps.

I have been thinking my small tiny (big as a nicke) female betta fish needs some friends in a big 10 gallon tank! (before I got her all my fish die). So she is really shy and scared alot so thats why I need her a friend(s) andshe is not like a killer, like they say jappanese fighting.she's not like that!

when my kitten goes to the bathroom it's all runny. evre since it's been here it's been like that. is there anything wrong? i think she has a little trouble going to the bathroom and it not potty trained as good as my other kittens. anyone know what this could be ? thanks

I am a resident of Bangalore and stay in Jayanagar.
My neighbour has 2 big dogs which keep barking day-in and day-out without any reason. They start barking in 5 am in the morning and because of it we and other neighbours are not able to sleep.They also bark in the evening between 5-9 pm.

I have talked to the neighbours about it. But they seems to be indifferent to it. They have not done anything to reduce their dogs barking.
My neighbour does not feed the dogs properly and that may be one of the cause.

Please tell me what I can do to alleviate the situation.
Would police or some animal control group help me? Are there any laws in India against neighbour nuisance?

sometimes, I'll come home from work, and the cat will have dragged the blanket from the couch all the way down the hall. the furthest he's got is to the bedroom door.

why would he do that? the blanket is big and awkward, and probably gets caught on things like the coffee table. I've never seen him do it, cuz it's only when I'm not around!
