she is fine when i am holding it but if i drop it on the ground and call her she will not come. And when i go out for a hour or so i chain her up and she wont walk on that eather. she seems scared shes 8 months old but shes only been using the chain for around 2 weeks will she she start to walk around soon?

Wehave an 8mth old choc lab who has been consistantly malting now for 10 whole wks! Its driving me mad as i am forever racing around with the hoover and it gets everywhere, HELP!

IMO this cage is way tooo small for this lamb to be comfortable and it has no sides therefore open to the elements,She only sleeps in it during the night but it IS winter and way too cold.I offered him my doggie blankets to cover the cage.He says she is just a sheep and should sleep outside.Maybe if she is just a sheep but in a home environment I think she should have warmth and a comfortable place to sleep. Being an animal lover, I don't think this is right.I keep her in my house during the day as he works. Ithink she likes it here as she gets cuddles and sleeps in front of the heater. I want him to be accountable for his cruelty but I know if I report him to the authorities, It will be the lamb who pays the consequenses The lamb is supposed to be going to its new home/owner on the weekend.

wen i let my cockatiel out of its cage and give it treats and stuff , it seems to refuse to go back. wen i try to perch him on my finger he bites and flies away on to my curtain.then i have to pick up the cage and force him bak in. how can i sort this out ?

i have good liter in the liter box. and it really really stinks every time it goes #2. yes i do clean the liter box every day. i mean it stinks really bad for about 10 minutes after it takes a fresh #2. it smells worst than any other cat i ever had. is there any thing i can do to make it smell a little better or have no smell at all?

Does anyone have ppl that you are "friends" with, but they hate your pets? i personally try to avoid those ppl, but i've had a couple of pet owning freinds say something about non-pet owning (or pet liking for that matter) friends that always complain about their animals.
i let my feeling be known about ppl like that on my 360 blog...but what do YOU do if you encounter someone like that?

I am one of those people who bought a pit bull because it looks bad and as a bad rap. Just just wanted it to make me look good. I was wrong in so many ways. Why you ask? There as been some very bad break ins in my city. People who keave thier kids at home to go to work or whatever as had thier homes broke into while thier gone and the kids are by Them selfs. There as been kids hurt son quite almost died. I put my car in for repairs so it looked like I was gone. My grand kids are playing in the frront room. I hear them start to scream and my dog barking and growling. Thinking that he attacked my kids I run in with my gun to see him have down this big guy in a ski mask. It was the home invader and Big Guy saved my grand kids. I am so glad I was an a$$hole got him for the wrong reason. Do you know not one paper or news cast told about what my dog did.They are so quick to tell when one bites, I wonder how many more caes there are like this

The dog was given to us after using him for stud. We have the female and son and a mixed breed. The other three get on fine. He is expressing dominance only against the son because he is the only one with testosterone. The son submits but his father still attacks and has injured him twice that required a vet. The father was raised an "only dog" and was obviously the pack leader. Owners were ineffective in controlling him. He is submissive to me when I catch him but then it's too late. Does not respond to verbal commands. I don't want to hurt him but I have purchased a shock collar in the hopes of stopping this behavior. My vet assures me that neutering him will have little effect at his age because it is now a habit. I had hoped to be able to use him for stud as he is a beautful example of his breed. (German Shepherd). Any insights will be appreciated.

I am trying to setup a marine aquarium. As i don't have a sea nearby, i need to find alternate ways to make ocean/sea water at home. So i need to know what is the difference between the sea water and the water we can prepare. (Home preparing: Mixing water with rock salt). So i would like to know your suggesstions on how to prepare the water ?
