You can begin kibble at 5-6 weeks, moistened with warm water..Graduallyy lessen the amount of water as she gets bigger teeth and is able to eat it dry...One thing about Yorkies...the longer you feed her real meats and canned food, the more likely she is to reject and be picky for the rest of her life.
As she will eat so little, the food she does eat should be the highest quality... there are NO quality kibbles at the grocery store...you can find great foods for small dogs at your local pet supply.

Yorkie's are very special creatures, a cross between a human infant and an angel. They should be feed only the most delicate and moist cuts of meat. :)
Also, don't let her precious little feet ever touch ground. Give her shoes.

i don't really get your question but i have a yorkie and i feed him dry food (royal gold). dry is better cause soft food tends to cause teeth problems)

You can feed the little one at 6 weeks...They will have alot of teeth by then...

Start pups on SOAKED dry ADULT feed! Add LESS water until TOTALLY dry by 7-8 WEEKS!!!

as long as it has teeth it can eat hard food. set a bowl of hard food in front of him- he'll know if he can eat it or not
