Grocery Store. They eat vegetables. Get a Vegetable Medley. They love those.

You can get frozen veggies at grocery stores, (like mixes of corn, carrot, lima bean, greenbeans etc... try to find some with low or no sodium), but this should only be a fraction of their diet, because freezing veggies destroys a lot of the vitamins, and feeding too much of them can cause serious vitamin deficiencies. Nothing wrong with using some, but add in fresh veggies like squash, carrot, etc... and plenty of greens.

don't feed iguanas frozen food feed it squash and greens, fruits and vegetables

don't give it frozen food... buy FRESH vegetables, slice them up really small so your iguana can eat then .. they have no ceweing teeth... so theyll just swallor the food.


Vegetables you can try : Collard, carrot(not that much), fruits(not that much), but most of all greenies,... whatever is green...

grocery store called green bean,carrots peas,just don,t feed them it that often, make sure they get their calcium leafy vegetables too.
