According to the Daily Mail, A member of the "McCann circle" says that the man Jane Tanner saw carrying a child in a blanket, (oh no she later changed it to carrying a child in pink pyjamas) now, instead of turning towards the beach as she first claimed he turned to walk up the hill towards Robert Murats villa. This is the man that noone else saw despite other people being on the path Tanner claims the man took. Which version if any do you believe?

I can't help noticing how it's all gone incredibly quiet on the McCann front over thelast couple of days, especially since the Tonight programme, and the way DNA can be explained, the offer of a lie detector test, etc etc. Funny how when the McCanns were made suspects, you could almost picture the Anti McCanns rubbing their hands with glee over their keyboards, and there was question after question about how Kate had killed Madeleine, and "I told you so" and "ooohh they're going to be charged now" etc etc. And now SILENCE! Perhaps the focus will be back on finding Madeleine alive, as I believe she is alive somewhere.

Kate and Gerry have claimed that the reason that the sniffer dogs reacted the way they did is because they were disposing rotting meat and chicken carcasses and was transported in the back of the car to take it to the refuge , why would 2 well paid proffessionals , buy food in on holiday to cook yourself , when they could afford to eat out every night ? and werent they reported to have been seen eating out most nights

IF YOU'RE A CRITICAL REASONING PERSON STILL READ ON AS IT'S ACTUALLY VERY
INTERESTING!! This is actually really freaky!! (mainly the end part, but read it all first)

1) New York City has 11 letters

2) Afghanistan has 11 letters.

3) Ramsin Yuseb (The terrorist who threatened to destroy the Twin Towers in 1993) has 11 letters.

4) George W Bush has 11 letters.
This could be a mere coincidence, but this gets more interesting:

1) New York is the 11th state.

2) The first plane crashing against the Twin Towers was flight number 11.

3) Flight 11 was carrying 92 passengers. 9 + 2 = 11

4) Flight 77 which also hit Twin Towers , was carrying 65 passengers. 6+5 = 11

5)The tragedy was on September 11, or 9/11 as it is now known. 9 + 1+ 1 =11

Since the McCanns hired their new top PR firm the papers have been printing leaked comments from them and their family friends on a daily basis. We hear from a close family member that Kate shouted "Madeleines gone" and not "they've taken her" we also hear that Kate had no idea that they might be charged and was astounded when Gerry mentioned the possibility. We hear that the DNA evidence is useless and that friends who were there that night believe that the couple could not have faked their "grief" at Madeleines disappearance also that they are prepared to take a lie detector test. It is all one sided nonsense. For a couple who now want to fade into the background it is beyond hypocritical. Do people realise that it is all McCann team propaganda or are they starting to believe the hype from team McCann. I still believe that the PJ and British police services working on the case have evidence to implicate the McCanns and that in time this will come to light.

The education board are taking action against groups of pupils who use cyber space as an avenue for bullying co students. (Internet chat, my space mobiles etc etc). Have your youngsters suffered with this? If they are successful could they advise YA?

Regardless of the stance you take - it is obvious that a huge section of the public (60% of Portugal according to yesterdays paper) has taken a dislike to them because of their demeanour and or possible lack of warmth. Can you (without mentioning the neglect word or presuming their guilt/innocence) explain what you think they need to do/stop doing in order to regain the support of the public.

(the source for the 60% was the Daily Star - it might be the odd % here or there.

pointing to the fact that Madeleine was abducted NOT murdered, will those who baselessly & blatantly accuse her parents of her murder then regret their hasty behaviour & have the grace to admit they were wrong in accusing them without proof OR will they then continue to slate the McCanns on grounds of neglect... like an old broken record.

My point here is that there is a relentless dislike of the McCanns which is clouding the objective judgement of people.
Its as if they have a primal need to see the McCanns punished.

Since the Social Sevices have interviewed the McCanns, i believe they have learned their lesson for life in losing her for these weeks past & that their wrongful neglect should be laid aside, with the main focus now on finding Madeleine & punishing the REAL criminal....her abductor.

I support Jena 6, and i do believe these young men are being mistreated. I think the biggest punishment they should have gotten was suspension from school. For all you people saying these racist remarks, you all ar very ignorant because if six white boys beat up a black boy they would not be in court or get any news time because we live in a racist world. So i support Jena 6 and i hope those boys go home free.Wjo else supports them? And black people are not whining we are just sick and tired of white people putting our young black youth in jail for no reason.

The DA in that town didn't give those black kids a fair shake. Further, I don't understand any white person who thinks it's funny to hang a noose from a tree to intimidate blacks - surely, any idiot with common sense would have to know that this refers to lynchings.

My senator Feinstein wrote Bush to pardon...no action. Everything seems to have stopped. This case stinks very bad starting with Sutton and Gonzalez and Bush all friends. Isn't their someone that can help free these men? and expose the drug running suspect and who in the state dept. negotiated with the Mexican government to bring forth and protect the drug runner at the expense of our country and these two men.
