supposably these two guys made a rap video where they threatened police officers and a judge to me these are nothing more than words and even if it is a rap video isn't music a way of expressing yourself?

isnt that what america is about?

i feel that this is something at was taken very far. i mean they were probably very angry and their emotions just got the best of them but these guys r going to put them away for life with the kinds of charges they are putting up against them. this is a clear showcase of how cops and america are becoming so much more totalitarian and.weel piggs!!!

fat oinky pigs who have no manners and who are just trying to say mess with us in any way we are going to get you because as you can see they are not even so old not even 21, not even smart enough to know that if youre going to threaten cops your going to get screwed over.

and ill say it theyre very stupid but they wern't serious.

hasnnt anyone here been eve ticked off and said they were going to kick someone's butt? well this is sort of like that except taken to the extreme.

They crossed the line when they strted naming officerby name that they planned to kill.

You can very easily argue that to just say you are going to kill cops is free speach and freedom of expression - and while i dont like it, i'd probably agree with you.

However, when start saying you are going to kill cops, describe how you are going to do it and then name them, you cross the line.

those officers now have to wonder if it is just a song or if they were serious - that is the definition of terrorism - instilling fear in others through various actions.

yes, they should be charged. It is a crime to say you are going to kill any person by name, no matter who it is or how you say it.

i know one of the 2 kids who did it... hes one of my good friends... it was a joke and the news articles that are being written up about it steer very heavily from the facts

Yes, and no. But, in this case, they went a bit far.
