The man (I believe a Senator in Nebraska) is suing God. Do you think he is an idiot? I personally believe that he is an idiot. God didn't cause the wars, people did. What do you think?

No. He's just trying to make a point of how litigious we've become and how you can basically bring a lawsuit against anyone for anything. He was probably inspired by that judge who sued the dry cleaning company for something like $80 million for losing his pants.

When i first heard this story I thought this guy is crazy, and I started laughing, but I read why he was suing God. He sued God to make a point that anyone can file a lawsuit against anybody.

It sure caught a lot of people by surprise and made them think. I think his tactic was clever but obvious. I'm surprised no one has done this before. I think he knows that this will be thrown out.

He'll probably win his case. What is a judge to do when the defendant does't appear.?? I believe in God, but I don't think God answers to a summons, anyway how would they serve one???.

Better yet, how will any judgement be enforced?
