One of my daughters friends was a victim of Internet and mobile bullying, it got so bad the poor lad didn't dare leave the house. His mother got a glimpse of a particularly disturbing mail that had been sent to him and called the police. The police took his computer and phone along with those belonging to the bully, this person did not realize that it is difficult to completely delete information off the computer and the police were able to find every nasty mail and text he had sent, he is now in the process of being prosecuted. I have spoken to the police myself as my daughter is a witness in this case, in regards to the bullying at school this poor boy had to go through, and they have told me they take this form of bullying very seriously and will prosecute anyone who tries to intimidate over the net or by phone. the school were very slow to act at first, but since the police have been involved they have started to act more responsibly, and every child using a computer has to have signed permission from a teacher or member of staff.

Andy,
ive seen this on the news this morning. It said the government was issuing guidelines......how can they stop it happening? i really hope they do. I think its disgusting. how do these people get internet ID names and email adresses. How do they get kids mobile phone numbers in order to bully them?my 12 year old has just been allowed MSN messenger after a lot of thought. I police it regularly and ensure only her two best friends are on it as we dont live near them. this way she can chat to them and people not on her list cannot contact her at all. this is how i find it hard to believe that without the recipients consent how do these bullies contact the child?
Sorry if i sound ignorant re technology!

How times have changed!!! My youngest is nearly 19 and thankfully didn't have to cope with this kind of bullying. I guess with all new technology there comes a down side. The trouble is that technology outpaces the lawmakers and so we have great gaps where there is no legal way to deal with problems when they come along.
Our only hope is that as problems arise they are dealt with quickly and officially so people in everyday situations have some avenue of complaint and redress.

Don't think so.
Just children living in misery with communication problems with ghostly kitchen's dialect in ghostly and deadly words trying to put words into sentences into living words.
But it seem the ghost with ghostly kitchen's dialect from the graveyards of different ghostly ancestor's culture and custom that's been following them home were doing the communication with ghostly and deadly words.
Since the dead Mummy was dead and buried was long gone with time could no longer communicate in living words.
