Mychal Bell needs $90000 bail. 40000 people chipping in $2.50 each would raise $100000. More than enough to bail him out of jail. They will spend more than that just on soft drinks and snacks.

Come on Dems/Libs......admit the obvious. Mr. Bell is of more use to you in jail than as a free man. The last thing any of these people want is Bell out of jail.

Hey Dems/Libs if you really want to help this guy put up a $1.00 each and raise his bail. But you ain't gonna do that because then you would not be able to whin and cry and rant and rave.

Ahmadinejad---or Nazi Jihad or whatever his name is---plans to visit the UN. Obviously, he needs to go through NYC's highways to get to the Iran mission to the UN. Since the US does not have diplomatic relations with Iran, and hasn't since 1979, can the FBI arrest him for his roles in the hostage crisis, support of global terrorism, and arming terrorists in Iraq?

In my opinion, Yes.
I believe the war is a disaster. No WMDs, No ties to 9/11, destabilization of the area, 50K+ dead Iraqis, almost 4K dead Americans, billions and billions in toilet, being despised around the world, and simply, more reasons for terrorist to hate us.
However, we have not lost anything. Our troops have done everything we have asked. They have fought hard and long, we owe them a huge Thank You.
Now, any mention of a loose should be attacked as disgusting and unpatriotic.
Lets get the boys home!!!
Thanks for reading.
Please, share you opinions.

As a white man, I am sick and tired of getting blamed for EVERYTHING that's wrong with the black community. Everytime I see Al Sharpton or Jesse Jackson on tv, I say to myself " Oh, boy what did I do now?"

Story here;

Basically 6 black kids beat a white kid almost to death.
And they're bitching about racism?
Honestly, if it were the other way around, there would be race riots wouldn't there?
Thankfully we see now that racism is a two-way street.

Those boys deserve to be tried and sent to jail. They ganged up on one kid and beat him up!!!!! Al Sharpton is a joke! Anyone else agree?

when will the black community and the MEDIA realize that these two idiots are not men of god or the people. they have been using the black community (mostly the poor, and criminal) as their stepping stool for years to attain a wealthy status. why does the black community continue to rally behind these men when the reality is that they are pushing civli rights for all races backwards. MLK jr taught us and preached to us to love, honor, and respect each other as we are all children of god. nothing else matters but that. so i ask again why does the black community stand behind these two men who preach hatred and vengence and say that they are doing it for god, and the black community? we are all humans and we will all hate and fight and have our own opinions because that is our nature as humans, but we also can compramise and see other points of view.

He seems like a pretty disturbed guy all around. Why do you think he is like this? Does his want of money drive him to do bad things like robbing people and writing a book about his ex-wife's death in an exploitive manner? Should he go to jail?

I was looking through a bunch of Mark Twain quotes the other day, and darned if it didn't sound a lot to what has been happening in America for the last six years?

I hope and pray that the Bushbots will refrain from savaging Mark Twain, like they have smeared and savaged so many fine Americans, who have expressed their outrage at what has been happening during this time...

they are black and shouldn't be prosecuted. Even if racism is present in that community, does this give the Jena Six (or anyone who is black) a free pass to do what ever they want. I’m not sure what he is protesting for, or against.
I never understand why Al Sharpton and Jessie Jackson get involved in these things, or rather, I don’t know why he dose not denounce the original crime.

Ok people. Is this basically what happened.

Black kids sat by a tree that usually only white kids sit at.
White kids got pissed & hung the nooses.
Then later some white kid said something and 6 black kids beat the crap out of him?
Now they're in jail and now people are pissed....

Is that the just of it?

not put so much effort into keeping Madeleine in the public eye,to most she would be forgotten, to prove my theory that most would have forgotten, I ask how many other missing children you can name? If I was misfortune enough to have ever found myself in their position I would wish to show the strength, resolve, and determination to do what is best for my little girl and not fade into the background or worst still, be so hysterical in demanding attention for myself.
Do you believe Madeleine would be such a huge topic of conversation and in the forefront of peoples minds if The McCanns had not shown such bravery?
Don't waste your time typing 'they neglected blah, blah, I don't believe people as so stupid that they could fail to grasp what you keep saying to a point of stupor.

The difference between fact and opinion is that a fact is something that is empirically true and can be supported by evidence while an opinion is a belief that may or may not be backed up with some type of evidence. An opinion is normally a subjective statement that can be the result of an emotion or an individual interpretation of a fact. For example, biological differences between males and females are a fact while a preference for one gender over the other is opinion.

Although the differences between facts and opinions usually rest on whether they are objective or subjective respectively, a fact can in some cases be subjective. A subjective fact can communicate how someone is feeling. If you tell someone that you are feeling sad, that is a subjective fact about your emotional state. On the other hand if I tell you that you are sad, this statement would qualify only as my opinion regardless of whether it is true.

A fact can safely be defined as a true belief. Because belief is synonymous with opinion, one who makes a factual statement also holds an opinion that the fact is true. Therefore all facts are accompanied by an opinion though opinions do not require facts to be held as true by those who believe them; hence the statement that everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

Discerning fact from opinion is often difficult, and for centuries philosophers have been trying to discover what can actually qualify as a fact rather than an opinion. This branch of philosophy is called epistemology, the study of the limits of what human beings can know for fact. Additionally, all of the modern sciences rest on the foundation of discerning fact from opinion and methodically aim to find true knowledge or fact.

It is difficult to claim that something is a fact when it is not clearly obvious, such as biological differences in gender, because facts are often proven to be wrong. For example, centuries ago the world was thought to be flat and this was held as fact by the majority of people. As we now know, the world is in fact round so the former statement is demoted to an outdated opinion. From this example we can see that those who thought that the earth was not flat were initially communicating an opinion that was eventually found to be true, which shows that a fact can almost always be challenged.

First thing I see when I open up Yahoo! this morning is that Dan Rather is suing CBS for $70 million because they made him "look bad" in the aftermath of the piece he ran on Dubya's military service. Well, gee, when six document experts refuse to verify that the "proof" you have is genuine and one of them says he's reasonably sure it's a forgery, yet you go ahead and pedal it as truth on the CBS Evening News, what do you expect? Am I the only one that think Rather is showing himself as the epitome of a whiny-butt liberal? Don't you think Dubya should be able to sue Rather for libel and defamation of character using the same logic?
