Where does Al Sharpton get off thinking he is in charge of the legal system in this country?! He thinks that he can just go around giving orders to anyone and everyone in every court around this country! Who appointed him the ULTIMATE AUTHORITY? Thank God he didn't get elected...or he would have every hardened criminal released from prison. And no one would be safe!

Let me get this straight. Correct me if I'm wrong.
1)A few redneck white guys threw some nooses over a tree. Not a politically correct thing to do but not a crime punishable by law.
Then:
2)Six black gangsta thugs single out one white guy and kick the crap out of him.
Assault & battery. A crime punishable by law.

The white guy's lawyer said he was not involved in the noose incident.

I am a white man and live in Alabama.So if I may I would like to present a hypothetical question.

If me and a few of my white freinds were at the mall and a group of black guys flashed a gang sign at us and later we found out that the sign meant "death to white people" does that give six of us the right to kick the crap out of black guy?
Talk about one sided laws!
If that were to happen Jesse and Al would be there but for different reasons!

If the noose over the tree is the main issue with the black community, their efforts should be directed at the law makers and try to change the law.

their faith in guns will "save" them from having to go to their "Heaven" for a long time. A contradiction? "I have faith that such a place exists, but I will shoot anybody that tries to send me there by shooting me. I will shoot him first. Better he go to Heaven (or Hell) than me. And of course it is always the other person who will go to Hell for killing a fellow being. This dreamer will go to Heaven for his killing, because he reasons that if he didn't shoot the other guy, the other guy might have shot him. One killer goes to Heaven and the other killer goes to Hell. It takes a lot of faith to believe that convoluted nonsense, doesn't it?
When he meets God at the pearly gates, he will say "God, you have to let me into Heaven, because the United States Constitution guarantees me the right to own a gun, and not even God can buck the United States Constitution." And God will reply "You're right. I have been outruled by your Constition. You have beaten me with your faith!

We keep hearing that it's all spin and PR in the McCann case from the wannabe witch finder generals. We read repeatedly in their posts that we shouldn't believe the spin in the press. All of a sudden the tabloids, broadsheets and all other media is not to be believed. The McCanns are guilty they bleat.
Well my question is: How did they form their resolute opinions regarding the McCanns guilt?, articles in the press? Spin? I don't understand (perhaps because I am logical) how it's okay for them to believe the McCanns guilt from information gained from these sources and yet they totally disbelieve information from the same sources that point to their innocence? After all, non of the hate campaigners have been privy to any statements, witnesses, forensics etc. Only the same media they now decry.
Sorry in advance for the flurry of thumbs down for anyone who agrees.

I got me a criminal conviction 2 years ago for assaulting an old woman at my place of work.

I didnt get no custodial sentence

But was wondering whether i got to get me a visa and do they let people with convictions enter for holiday.

According to the Daily Mail, A member of the "McCann circle" says that the man Jane Tanner saw carrying a child in a blanket, (oh no she later changed it to carrying a child in pink pyjamas) now, instead of turning towards the beach as she first claimed he turned to walk up the hill towards Robert Murats villa. I can't help noticing how it's all gone incredibly quiet on the McCann front over thelast couple of days, especially since the Tonight programme, and the way DNA can be explained, the offer of a lie detector test, etc etc. Funny how when the McCanns were made suspects, you could almost picture the Anti McCanns rubbing their hands with glee over their keyboards, and there was question after question about how Kate had killed Madeleine, and "I told you so" and "ooohh they're going to be charged now" etc etc. And now SILENCE! Perhaps the focus will be back on finding Madeleine alive, as I believe she is alive somewhere.
