the other half has been away all week, back today, I'm off to cook a welcome home dinner and a lemon meringue pie! If I disappear from YA over the next few days you know where I am ;-)

I was not at my job, I was having all the symptoms of having a stroke. I could not make my thoughts match my mouth, I could not walk straight, I was dizzy, and lots of other weird stuff.
I would rather have been at work, to be totally honest with you. I had a CT scan done today, and am going for an MRI in the AM, there is a very large artery in my brain that appears to be enlarged, and could break with the next temper tantrum, or spike in blood pressure.
My BP has been running higher than normal during the last few months. This is a scary thought, to be getting upset about some piddly little something, them drop dead as a hammer!

LOL, Oban I can sympathise with you, I really can.
I'm so glad it's friday, although I don't know why, weekends here are often busier than the week days but, at least its a different kind of busy and I can do what I have to do with a big glass of red wine in my hand!

Soz but as a full time Mum of twins who'll be 3 in 3 weeks time I don;'t get a day off!
That and even though my Hubby only has to work every other Saturday morning he's usually out and I still have them to play with.

OPG, how right you are pal! Kids are coming tomorrow afternoon for a couple of days (local holiday).
Market Sunday a.m., swimming Sunday afternoon, out for sunday dinner, I'm taking Monday off and were off up the Lecht to have lunch at the ski lodge!!!!!!

Wow you have had a rough week? Do you work in a pyschiatric ward or home for developmentally disabled? I worked in that field before I became a stay at home mom and it was exausting work. I hope you have a good weekend. :o)
