I asked something similar yesterday and not one person said they had changed their mind. They actually had the audacity to say that the newspapers print rubbish and anyone who believes it must be stupid, and so on.
They conveniently forgot that the newspapers were where they got all their "facts" from in the first place. And then you had the ones saying the same thing"well guilty of child neglect if nothing else"So in answer to your question it looks as if they are still being nasty and vindictive and will never admit to being in the wrong.

People always jump to conclusions without hearing 100% of the evidence. I have always considered that they may well be innocent but why would Richard Branson offer the amount that he has if he thought they were guilty. Remember, he is a professional business man, he would not provide funds for a lost cause. Let's wait and see what the results are regarding the lie detector test before we condemn the McCanns any further.

I've never said they are guilty or not guilty of killing her either on purpose or accidentally, however they are guilty of negligence for leaving three babies alone in a bed in an apartment when they are earning well over 100k each a year and couldn't be bothered to either bring the kids with them or get a child minder to watch over them, yet the British media seem to conveniently ignore this as they are wealthy white English doctors, it wasn't just a accident they intentionally pre planned to leave them alone thinking checking on them every 15-20 minutes was good enough, they were too stingy to get someone to watch over them for a relatively short time, when we all know that something bad can happen in five minutes let alone twenty, and as doctors they know all about the dangers of cot death, accidental suffocation and so forth so their story does sound unconvincing to me and forensics on This Morning have said there was no way Madeline was taken in the apartment, she would have had to figure out how to open the door herself and make her own way out unnoticed in a busy holiday resort, to me something just doesn't add up, as suspects they shouldn't be given so much attention, and as for getting legal fees, thats disgusting as no one knows if they are guilty or not, they can afford their own fees, loads of children go missing all the time but without the attention, the McCann's lap the attention up when they should be feeling so sick that poor Maddy could have gone through hell as a result of their selfishness,I sure wouldn't fell like writing blogs and posing for the cameras, I only feel sorry for Maddy and her siblings not them in the slightest dispite what the media may make out, they have had an unprecedented amount of attention on them rather than Maddy herself, its disgusting, the media seem to have made up their minds that they are innocent angels and that doctors aren't capable of doing such things, but the scary thing is truthfully they can be capable of anything in the heat of the moment, if they found out that Maddy had got up fallen and in a freak acccident died, they may have wanted to cover it up for fear of what it would do to their reputations if it was found she died because she was on her own, I can imagine Gerry thinking like that, trouble is they got more attention than they bargained for so now they can't own up and are prehaps finding themselves digging a deeper and deeper hole for themselves, who knows, the police need Maddy's body at the end of the day!

The only thing that's falling apart is the newspapers' ability to stretch this story to 5 pages every day with speculation and misdirection.

I'd be interested if you could give me a timeline breakdown of this "every day" falling apart.

Dave S answered again with common sense and logic, with a reminder SKY News knew before the Police (Fact) them or their family doesn't mater they informed first who they shouldn't.
And nothing changed just the McCanns allegations and the FSS saying that they have evidence that can incriminate the McCanns.
Once again the main subject it was McCanns and not MADELEINE...

To start off i refused to believe that any parent could do anything so unnatural but then, if you look back in time and history, other cases ... Such thing have happened. It goes against the grain but does happen. And in answer to your question, i feel too many things don't add up, haven't done so since day one.

i still have the same opinion, first lets find Madeleine, and secondly they are to blame for this terrible state of affairs,if they hadn't of left their children alone ,neglected and put in danger, none of this would of happened and I'm at a loss to understand how they think they can sweep it under the carpet as if they did nothing wrong.they put socialising with their so called friends before the safety of their own children, disgraceful behaviour......

I see the McCanns PR team are doing their work,
Don't believe any of it,
They are putting all this stuff in the papers, doesn't mean it's true, don't be sucked in,
They are guilty of Neglect, but we don't see that in the papers do we, No, because the papers are not being spoon feed this by the PR team, see how it works?

The case is only falling apart if you believe the McCanns PR spin.

I believe they did it, I just dont think the Portugese police have quite enough evidence yet to make it stick.

If the McCanns were so innocent why havent they already taken a lie detector test (NO, I dont want to hear about them claiming they will do it, I WANT to see them physically sitting in a chair undergoing the test, until then everything they say is all talk).

And why have they hired a legal team that makes OJ's look like small fry if they are so innocent.

They are even defending themselves against allegations that havent even been put to them yet.

They doth protest too much methinks!
