Everywhere I look, a queen sheet set has a standard/double size flat sheet. Pillow cases are either regular or king size.

I am having the hardest time finding drapes that I like...I cant figure out why I cant find anything, I see drapes in the store that are beautiful so i buy them and bring them home, hang them and they are ugly. Here is the most recent set I just purchased today...I need to keep them drapes closed during the winter because it gets really really cold here (35 below zero) and if i keep my drapes shut it stays warmer in my house. Tell me what you think of these ... they were expensive i paid $225.00 for them because they are lined for winter.

The bedroom of my house gets dusty very quickly, and even if I dust everything, it is at best only ever moved around. Does anyone know of a machine that will collect the dust in the air without letting it settle? They may not exist, but I seem to remember seeing something like this once.

Thanks!

I dried corn husks to use as accents for some ceramic corn cobs that I painted. They are hanging on my front door.
Now I am noticing they are looking limp and moldy.
I'm sure they are unsalvagable now but how can I keep next falls husks from turning yucky on me?

Bought a new bed and mattress 3months ago
Bought new bedding and sheets (feather duvets)
No problem for 3 months
Now when I go to bed I itch like crazy (started a week ago)
Have always used same detergent (no problem)
Laundered sheets and pillowcases twice
I still itch.
The only other factor is I allowed a guest to sleep in my bed two weeks ago.
Any idea what may be causing it and how to fix it?

Thanks in advance

I just found one of the roach breeding grounds, i cleaned up the area, i just need to know what to do from here? Hopefully now they know I found them that they will leave. I've been trying to keep up with cleaning, but I do tend to get sidetracked sometimes. Please tell me what to do from here? Thank you.

Today while I was driving in heavy traffic on the freeway I saw on the bed of a truck in front of me bags of concrete mix that were labeled "2500 PSI Concrete Mix." Why is concrete mix given a PSI rating?

Many thanks,

It's one of those fireplaces that doesn't "need" an exhaust; supposedly it burns all of its gas. However, after being left on for a few minutes, there is an unpleasant odor in the room, and after a few minutes more, the smoke alarm, about twenty feet away, has been triggered.

Any suggestions on how to correct this problem?

Other relevant facts: It's new and hasn't been used more than an hour in total. I have a CO detector within ten feet of it, which never registers a measurable reading.

Ok so recently we removed our gas pool heater, so all I have left is a really powerful LP outlet. We also recently bought a huge, gas guzzling grill. Like it has 3 massive steel tube burners, a side burner, and an infrared burner too. My question is this, can I connect my grill directly to the gas pipe so I won't need to a cylinder? It's maybe a 12 foot distance. If i can, what type of pipes/hoses should/can I use? Will having a direct inlet of gas make a big difference in grill performance over a cylinder?
