they are breeding in your drains. bleach every day or two will get rid of them! look for any other standing water as well.

Cut the top off of a plastic bottle, put a piece of banana, apple, whatever fruit you have in the bottle. Invert the top that you cut off, neck down on top of base of bottle. Staple or tape in place. Bugs get in, but their little buggy brains can't figure how to get out.
