I think it depends where you live.

I moved from an area that had a very large lake and moved to what is called a desert.

The humidity is very low here.

I called the radio station and they told me what the humidity is on an average.

If we have a storm the humidity is much higher in the house and of course it is higher out side.

Since it is dry here most people have humidifiers.

The average humidity is 30 here where I live.

Check with your weather people.

I'm much more comfortable with less humidity but suffer from very dry skin.
