Is there anything I can do except waiting for them to thaw? I mean not even a drip. But I do still have cold, which has had pressure problems due to lime build up in the lines. I live in a mobile home and I hate it. Right now what can I do to get some water running and for it to be hot? We can't live like this.

My water pressure is very high. When I turn on the sink the water shoots down so hard that it splashes everywhere. My showers pressure is so strong that it stings when I take a shower. My hot water only lasts 5 minutes. I use a gas water heater tank. How would I go about with resolving this matter without seeking a professional?

my furnace is running continuously non stop even after I put plastic bags and blankets on all my windows. I adjusted the little wheel inside my thermostat the thing that says longer on it and shorter. I will probably have to call my furnace man to come back out and check it out again. I was wondering if maybe because it is extremely cold outside it that has anything to do with it and maybe I shouldnt call him as of yet but wait it out until the end of the week when it becomes warmer. Right now it is below 0 outside and it will be only in the teens until later in the week. also is my gas bill going to soar up or the electric with things running constantly? Help, I need advice

I have a 70' tree (it is like a maple or a spruce) it is about 30' from my house but it is leaning towards the house. It is in it's middle stages of dying. It still blooms in the spring but not as much as it should. I think the people I bought the house from cut a big limb off of it. Did a half *** job and that is what is killing it. Anyway I want it down before it comes down on it's own and cuts my house in half. Basically I want to know about how much it should cost me to drop it and possibly grind the stump. I know a buket truck will be needed and there is plenty enough room to get one back there.

My 1984 Comfortmaker Gas Furnace is having blower problems. I replaced the thermostat thinking that would fix the problem, but no luck. The problem is the blower only comes on if I put the "Thermostat Fan Switch" in the "On" position. If I put the Thermostat Fan Switch in the "Auto" position the burner comes on for about a minute (the blower doesn't start) then the burner turns itself off, I'm assuming it is turning itself off due to the blower not starting. If I keep the thermostat Fan Switch in the "ON" position it works fine. Any idea what might be wrong?

While the AC does a fantastic job of cooling my room and removing muggy air, it does make the air a little too dry. I often wake up in the morning with a highly irritated nose and throat because of it. Will my AC burn out or be overworked if I run a humidifier while I sleep?

I have a year old hayward pool vac ultra that I want to repair myself. It rides very slowly and does not cover the whole pool like it did when it was new. What part would I replace to fix this problem? Could it be an internal motion device? All the external motion devices are great (shoes, wings, flaps, turbine). Also backwashed it and has proper suction. Please help if possible. Thanks

There are several people on Ebay selling "SECRETS" on how to recondition weak or dead cordless tool batteries. This sounds to good to be true. Since the price of replacement batteries are very expensive I am very interested. Anyone have experience with this?
