I have been using organic fertilizer for months now and nothing seems to be greening up my leaves. I have gardenias, citrus trees and jasmine and the flowers are ubundant though. I have been all kinds of fish fertilizers and especially Neptunes Harvest and yet leaves are still light green to yellow. I have been told Organic is too low in nutrient for plants needs..What is the strongest Organic that fills all the house plants requirements for deep green leaves and flowers? I am tired of supplementing stuff like Epsom salt and others to hopefully think That it will help the organic not working for me.

I found a very intersting mushroom, or what I think is a mushroom in my back yard. It has the feel of a mushroom, it's an off white color, it has a round center on the top, and if you were to push down on the top of this center, a puff of brown dust 'poofs' out, which I am thinking is the spores that help spread to other areas. It was very interesting and I was wondering if anyone could help me determine what it is! I live in Nebraska if that helps. Thanks

Looks like there is new growth in the center? What do I do about the branches that have split? Each one is clearly alive - looks like I can do something with them, but don't know what. Basically each branch has no leaves for about 10-12" then the leaves on each end for about 5-6".

my 12 year old natches crape mrytle put on quite a show last year and the year before. This year,in coastal NC, it didn't bloom very much and the blooms didn't last long while it was blooming. Didn't do anything different to it and it doesn't appear to have a diesease. I did water it at the base with a drip hose when our water table dropped and many other trees started suffering from the drought. I didn't water it much or for many days. Just watered it deep two times. Any ideas what could be wrong?

here are 3 pics of 3 butternut squash plants. Some have spotted white leaves, some have nearly all white leaves and the 3rd has a combo of both. I live in Southern CA. Are these squash plants diseased? If so, are they able to be saved or should they be dug up and replaced with new healthy plants?

I was mowing the grass in my yard and ran over a nest and got stung. My husband killed them out with gasoline. But, my kids play in the yard all the time so now I am scared they will accidentally disturb another nest, if not now, in the future. How do you prevent yellow jackets from making nests in your yard?

I want to re landscape my front yard. The only problem is that my front porch area is mostly shaded because of whatever direction it is facing.
What colorful flowers could survive in part shade? I have planted begonias and impatiens before there, just looking for something different Any thoughts?

We have about 10 red leaf photinia trees on our property between six and eight feet tall that were planted as bushes (2 to 3 feet tall) two years ago. Until this year we have never had problems with them. We have had an extreme amount of rain and then a full month of terrible heat. Three of the plants have completely turned brown but the others are vibrant. We haven't done anything different. I did some research but could only find spot diseases, nothing about brown leaves. Does anyone know what might be the problem and will they come back next year ok? The trunks seem healthy. Thanks!
