I've checked a couple nurseries, they don't have the plants or seeds, anyone know who carries them? They don't have to make by Halloween.

Awww, thanks everyone who answered. I have a plot at school in horticulture and was trying to find pumpkin seed or plant. Next time I'll plan better.

Probably too late. Baby Boos are 95 day pumpkins, and you would probably have to order the seeds this time of year. Another popular small type are Jack B Littles, and they are 100 day pumpkins. That would mean that they wouldn't mature until about the end of the year. Sorry, but I think you'll have to wait till next year. However, if you need small pumpkins this year, they are usually pretty cheap. We sell ours for 25 cents apeice.

Usually pumpkins need 70+ days from planting for the fruit to ripen. Check your area's first frost date. If there's not enough time, then wait until next year.
However, if you've already started the plants in a greenhouse and can plant them in a very protected, sunny area where they will not freeze, there's a possibility the pumpkins may ripen before snow.

You'd have to get the seeds from a catalog nursery, like Burpee, and they may not ship this late in the year.

Not sure. Probably. When is your frost date? How long do the little guys take to ripen?

If you find the seeds you can try some. May get a good start. Then you could cover them with a hoop house/ rowcover to extend the season. Might just make it.

Give it a try. And save some seed for starting in the spring.
