Okay, I have a Squareish room, Very little light,
Flat paint right now (New house), carpet is very plain,
1 bookcase ( shape of a house), A twin bed with Rainbow Conforter, pink Disc chair ( basically a bean bag type of thing with legs) white nightstand , Oak Dresser with mirror. A floor lanp ( silver) and a smaller Lamp with Pink/white shade on my Night stand.
I like Avril lavigne, The Colors:
Pink and black, Pink and Green, turquiose, and a light Green.

What can I do with my room? I need Color ideas, Furniture ideas. Also, How can I do stripes and paint them?( On the wall)

I'm getting married in October and I need to either make or buy inexpensive tablecloths. I really don't like the look of plastic but paper seems like it will fall apart if it gets wet. Does anyone have any ideas of what I can do that won't look cheap?

I need a change and want to paint my living room and kitchen. The problem is that I have catheral ceilings and my kitchen, living room and dinning room are all open. The carpet in the living and dining room is burgundy and my furniture is a cream color, walls are currently a mauve color, I need a new color without having to replace the carpet right now. Would like all one color with an accent wall. Any suggestions?

My friend has spilt wax over my expensive glass table, and made it worse by rubbing it all with hot water, it now looks like a skating rink. Anybody out there with any ideas. Thanks.

I'm a singer and I live an apartment building with wooden floors. I can hear the people who live below me so I need the best soundproofing for the floor and my bedroom door. The walls are okay because they don't connect to other apartments. I would like to spend under $100 for everything, even better if it's under $50. Does anyone know the best store or website to find soundproofing for a bedroom floor and a door?

Ok, first of all I have a small kitchen and a small budget. My house is very old and the last time the kitchen was remodeled looks like some time in the 50-60s. I just bought stainless steel appliances for the kitchen, to replace the non-working olive green 70s era ones, so there is like no money left. The cabnets are painted white, which are fine for now. The counter top is white with pink flake in the design, eww! The backsplash is all bright pink tiles. The walls are yellow. Since it will be a few years before I can remodel, and this is my first home, I would like any suggestion of a masculine color to paint the wall the would maybe make it not so bad. I was thinking a chocolate brown? Any inputs? A $20 gallon of paint has got to be better than this ugly color scheme. Thanks for any help
