I want to get wall pops and if you dont know what they are its a shape with colors and designs. They come in circles, squares, swirls....... I am finishing my room and I kind of want it to look sort of like a loungy starbucksy chill out fun place. Here is the link to the wall pops- http://www.lowes.com/lowes/lkn?action=productList&No=0&Ntt=wall%20pops&Ntk=i_products&pad=true

Please look at all of them. Now here is the problem.....I have lime green and bright blue paint. My carpet is blue and my bed spread is blue and green. I have blue and green furniture so my whole room is color coordinated. If I get the blue and green ones i am afraid i wont be able to see them....any colors that match on the link i applied?

Please and Thank You!

Strange question this one but I am working with an interior design company that want to explore using low energy lighting in their projects but want to be more imaginative than just the standard coiled bulbs. What are the design constraints on this type of bulb if they are made to order? Has anyone seen any really interesting lighting solutions that are are also energy efficient?

Does anyone have a design contact inside the lighting industry? I look forward to your answers.

Hello
I am going to make curtains to cover the fronts of some open clothes shelves. The areas to cover are about shoulder high and 40" wide.

My plan is to make panels in a pale cream colour (I know, boring! but it's a very small room) and my question is this -

Will the panels look odd hung on a plastic rail, being as they will be flat, without the usual gathers that curtains normally have?

I would have liked to use a wooden pole, but it would have to be a really small version, ie as thick as your thumb and not the usual size. I don't think they come that narrow (not where I live anyway!).

My son is going off to college and his dorm bed requires extra long full/double sheets. I have found tons of XL twin, but very few full/double extra long. The ones that I have found thus far are pricey. I am looking for solid colors for boy at reasonable price. Thank you for suggestions.

ok heres the dilemma. as far as furniture i wanna start brand new . but im not trying to spend a fortune on furniture should i a)get furnture off craigslist and yardsales , rent a moving truck, and move the stuff myself or b)buy it from a store like big lots, etc and get them for move it for me. also in what order would you start with first as far as moving. should i get bedroom furniture first and just keep the living room simple(tv, tv stand, small sofa) or vice versa

The instructions only say, "Apply a bead of adhesive". Would I be using simple caulk for a job like this? It seemed like the vanity I removed was attached to our walls just with a thick bead of caulk to hold it in place. Or is there some other kind of adhesive I should use? Elmer's glue?

My aunt is wanting me to move in w/ her into her 3/1 double wide mobile home. She wants to convert one of the bedrooms to a bathroom. The place is at least 14yrs old. It would be a full bathroom. I'm thinking at least a few thousand. (Not worth it!!)

This would be for a average priced carpet with pading and installation in the New York city area. I know it can vary greatly with the type of material used but I am just trying to get a general idea of the cost. Thaanks.

I'm getting a sofa bed from ikea and i want to buy a comforter for it and a matress pad but i have NO idea what size its closest too. Is it more of a FULL size bed or a QUEEN size bed? i would give you the link of the sofa bed i'm purchasing but it doest show on ikeas website, its only at my local ikea store. I always thought full and queen were the same, but i assumed it wasn't because they make seperate queen and full sheets. haha So yea, if you can let me know that would be great!
