I need to have the cushions and pillows on my sofa cleaned. I can easily take off the cushion covers and take them to the dry cleaner, but how can I clean the pillows without a zipper? Are they able to be dry cleaned as is? Thanks!

The washing machine doesn't seem to have a lint filter--that would be the obvious thing to check. We bought it second hand--I think it's about 6 years old.

It's a bed in the bag deal. It's REALLY wrinkled in places & the inside lining is lumped in places. Is it worth fixing?

Does anyone know what I can use to remove baked-on, non-stick cooking spray from my glass bakeware? It's a thin layer but I want to get it off before it becomes thick and even harder to remove.

I am moving to a new state and my movers said I need to get bolts in order to stabilize the drum on my LG front loading washing machine. Best Buy (where I bought the machine) has been useless and can't help me. Where can I find these bolts--can they be purchased at Sears or Home Depot?

I bought this down comforter today at Ross and when I got home and opened up the bag it STINKS like elephant poop! Now I'm not sure if someone used this and made it smell with their gross smell..or if they tried to wash it on their own and I know you can't do that because of the feathers..you have to get them professionally dry cleaned. If i take it to the dry cleaner do you think they can get that smell out?

I stupidly wore a very lovely Pucci swimming costume on the beach and then got shore dumped by a very big wave. Funny at the time, but now I'm left with a gorgeous swim suit that has sand granuals imbedded in the fabric. It's not so bad on the coloured patches but on the white bits it looks like the costume has fleas! I've tried hand washing it and rubbing at the sand whilst its dry but any tips would be wonderful. Thank you

One day I took my laundry downstairs into our basement and left it on the floor in my basket becuase my mom told me I had to wait to do mine becuase she needed to wash my sheets. My brother needed a basket and dumped my clothes on the floor and took it. My clothes were left on the floor when the basement flooded. I wasn't home at the time and got stuck at a friends house for several days until the road was back in service and i got home and NO ONE HAD TAKEN MY CLOTHES OFF THE FLOOR WHEN THE WATER WAS GONE!!! So they grew mold in some spots and there are a few choice peices I would do anything to save, but have no idea how. A lot of it I am just replacing, but some of it means something to me and if theres a way to save it i'd like to try.

I don't cut meat, or anything for that matter, on it. It's used as extra counter space when I cook, and it inevitably gets various drips, spills and crumbs. Thanks in advance for the cleaning tips! :)
