I make a solution of mostly water, a few drops of Dawn liquid and some ordinary rubbing alcohol. I use a damp sponge to put it on the window and if there are spots, like from birds etc, I rub over them a couple of times. Professionals use a high-quality squeegee to dry the window and a rag to get the corners. I use old newspaper which has a slight abrasive quality. Wear gloves b/c the newsprint rubs off. I always have a single edge razor blade handy to scrape away paint spatter etc.

I haven't tried this on windows before but I've tried it pretty much everywhere else. I use a product called Thieves. You can get it from this site called www.moldrx4u.com It workds great as an ordinary cleaner and it gets rid of mold completely. Check it our if you're interested.
