Same answer as jennifer but also insure the drain tube is clean, so it doesn't back up.

There should be a hole underneath, on the outside. Figure to lean the unit in that direction slightly for runoff.

It shouldn't be straight, you need to slope it so the water can run off outside. It will work better if it can drain properly. :)

it shouldn't be straight the outside portion of the air cond. should be at a slope downwards, so the water can run outside

it should'nt be strait it should slant out so the water runs out side.
