Especially the tub and shower walls? Any suggestions for the floor and counters would be appreciated.

...and it left a slight image of the iron on them. They are rayon/nylon material. Is there any way to remove it or at least make it look less noticable???

I have seen a commercial where the neighbors kids bring their tricycles over for a car wash in the homeowners dishwasher and charges money for it.

Im just curious, would this be hygenic and is it ok to wash other things like dishclothes, and where does it end? Toiletbowl holders?

How do you get chewing gum to come off wooden furniture like chests of drawers? It's really starting to annoy...

I am concerned about the effects the copper, nickel, and other minerals that are used in making coins could do to my family's health.

It is used cooking oil that spilled from the gargage.
I already attempted to scrub it up with amonia and dish liquid with no success.

I take a bath about once or twice a week ((Shower every day of course!! sometimes its just nice to take a bath to relax))...

Now, I have a cat...his litter box is in the bathroom - and for some reason he always finds the need to lay in my bathtub!! so theres cat hair and some grains of kitty litter ((that was left on his paws)) in my bathtub!!!

Now, Before i take a bath i HAVE TO disinfect it. I dont want to lay in a bath tub full of germs from kitty litter - or cat hair. ... at the same time, i dont want to bathe in the chemicals that i use to clean my bathtub.

After spraying bleach or bathroom disinfectant in my bathtub - i wait about 10 minutes and then turn on the shower to rince away any remains. However, I just purchased an orange scented disinfectant and when I get into the bathtub i feel that I can smell the orange scent in the water!!

How long should i wait before getting in the tub after disinfecting int??

Ok, so baking soda and vinegar both deodorize right? So can I make a room smell fresh by mixing the two in a big cup in the middle of a room, or deodorize a container fast by mixing the two?

We had a toaster malfunction and almost had a fire, thank god we didn't! We did have a large amount of smoke though and now it stinks in at least half of the apartment. I really don't have the money for the professionals right now. How can I get the smoke smell out of the house?

My carpet was just cleaned and is already dirty...it shows everything! I don't want to have to get down on my hands and knees to spot clean (the entire carpet constantly needs cleaning!) and I cant afford to pay a carpet cleaner every week. Is there like a carpet shampooing/cleaning machine you can buy for around 100 dollars or ANYTHING I can do? Thanks!

I have a cat, and of course when nature calls, he uses the litter box. I clean the litter box after he goes, but the room the litter box in just smells like pee 24/7. Like, its in the carpet or something. I vacuum and febreze it all the time. Any odor stuff just works temporarily. I need to know how to get the smell out of the carpet.

Ok so there is a lot of hype on these. What do you think of yours? Have you had problems with it? Worth the money or not? I am particularly interested in the animal models.
