I have heard of frontloading washing machine which can function like drier also once the washing program is over. Is it advisable to buy that one instead of buying washing machine and dryer separately. Can anyone advise on this

I believe myself to be one of the cleanest people I know. I went to use my blender, which was put away in my cabinet cleaned, when I opened the top a mealworm fell. When I looked inside, there were more in the crevice of the blade and the blender inside, needless to say I freaked. If I wash it and dry it before I close it and put it away, how can there be mealworms inside? Did someone play a joke, or should I be changing the way I store my stuff?

I just decided to use a front loading commerical washer today and everyone else's loads seemed to have more suds than mine. I used arm & hammer liquid detergent and I just poured in what seemed to be tons of soap, but still not alot of suds. These are the HUGE washers that hold 4 loads of clothes. I put in more than enough for 4 loads yet not really any suds, any tips/suggestions?

I just got this two sided pillow top mattress from my sister-in-law and it smells like it came from a smoking room of a hotel. I have used Fabreez and my carpet shampooer on it. What next?

I just had a very time peeling it off and now there is a big square area full of sticker gunk. I need tips on how to get it off. thanks.

Once in awhile, after I dry a load of laundry, there are small spots that look like oil or grease stains all over the load. They especially show up on darker clothes. My Maytag washer is only 2-3 years old. What are they from?

My Mom is tired of paying coin operated machines in her building and they are always being used. She asked me if she could wash the clothes in the dishwasher by hanging them on the rack.

I told her that dishwashing detergent might be too harsh of the fabric and using Laundry detergent in a dishwasher could cause the dishwasher to oversud.

What do you think

So I went to do laundry today and it looks like someone left a bunch of reds in the dryer...without turning it on because they are soaked. There was ONE purple shirt in there that just decided to bleed all over everything else. I seperated them by major colors (reds, pinks, and lights) and hung them over different chairs. I'm not sure how many days they were in the dryer like that. Can they possibly be saved if they have not been dryed? Should I rewash them? Any help would be wonderful.

I've already used some soaps (like Orange Clean), and rinsed with water. But it still is sticky when the water dries. Help me with this, please.
