Take a plastic bowl and put really hot water and dish detergent in it and let the fibre...whatever soak in it. If it can be bleached use about a fourth cup in a gallon of water with it and that should do it.

babywipes work wonders. also a mild dish soap (just a little bit) and a wringed out washcloth. It will come out because the fabric is so durable.
