I just got this two sided pillow top mattress from my sister-in-law and it smells like it came from a smoking room of a hotel. I have used Fabreez and my carpet shampooer on it. What next?

cover the mattress in baking soda and lay plastic trash bags over it too hold the baking soda on.you will have to leave the baking soda on it (each side) for atleast 1 day each. Then use a shampooer to clean it like normal,this should take all odors out and smell clean again! Good luck

I was going to suggest Fabreeze...sounds like you may have to it porfessionally shampooed as they have specialized cleaners for such odors...
