You could try a bit of soap and water but it sounds very stuck so you can pick up a bottle of Goo Be Gone at wal-mart and it'll take it right off. If you're looking for a quick fix you might try some alcohol- put a dab on a paper towel and set it on the glass (don't let it touch wood if the frame is wooden) for a few minutes and come back to rub a bit. You might just spread the goo through depending on what kind of glue the stickers have and how long they were stuck on there.

There's a product called "Goo Gone" made to dissolve sticker residue and other gluey things. Most grocery & hardware stores have it, and probably Target, etc.

Use lamp oil. It only takes a little bit and it comes right off. Any sticker or sticky residue will come off with it. Easy and cheap!

It happens to me too. I just soak it with warm, soapy water (those frames are usually dirty anyway) and then peel it off.
