Real Coke does! amazing enough! I have seen it eat away at the corrosion on my husbands car battery! it really does work, not sure how to get it into the toilet with out diluting it though, but it doesn't hurt to try!!

I dont know about the soda but I just learned of a new trick to cleaning the toilet. Drop an alka seltzer in and dont flush for 20 min.

it can eat through rust on a nut and bolt. smudged windshield, it can remove road grime (oil and gas). and to think we drink the stuff! shut off the water, flush, fill with coke, let stand over night. as for the battery acid, i don't know, but would believe it. personally i would use baking soda on battery acid. good luck.

surprisingly, YES!!!! We just moved and have iron water. I tried it and it really does work. I poured some on a green scrubber, and it took it right off
