I have a black and white pair of slip-on vans (they are canvas) and they are very dirty with a red pollen type dust and some dirt and stuff and I would just like to know how to clean them, every website that I go to says lemon juice, but I don't want to mess up the black part of the shoes and I don't think that just soapy water will do the trick. Thanks in advance.

I have a heating blanket that is (the tag says) 100 % arcylic and 100% nylon binding and it is leaving blue fuzzies/lint everywhere. I tried a lint brush but ended up using atleast 10 pieces of tape. Can anybody recommend a way to get rid of this?

Recently my father loaned his van to a family member to move some stuff. Now the van smells disgusting! Kind of like trash containing dog feces or cat litter leaked somewhere (although we cannot pinpoint where) Does anyone know of a product we could use or something we can do to help remove this smell? My father has been leaving the windows and doors open but the smell is still strong, I have checked under all the seats and everywhere possible and have found nothing. thanks

I find that neither bleach nor ammonia (not together of course!!!) don't seem to remove it. I'm wondering if there is a better product or a better method.

It really bugs me when my roommate uses one towel to clean the inside of the toilet, and then uses that same towel to clean the outside of toilet tank, outside of toilet bowl, and then the entire bathroom sink. Am I the only one who thinks that is unsanitary? How do you clean your bathroom? How many towels do you use? One for tub, toilet, sink, ect? Or just one towel for everything.
