Although it is a personal preference I would say no less than once a week. you sweat a pint of water a night so imagine that over a week and if its a double with two of you in it.... ewww.

Dust mites only die on a 60 degree wash or higher so although it costs more to run the washing machine on a 60 degree cycle than it does a 30 degree cycle at least you know what your climbing into at night is relatively clean and not as likely to irritate any allergies you may have.

I also hate the idea of laying on pillows for any longer than that, after having had my greasy hair on them night after night.... surely that can't be good for your skin.

Hope that helps.

Once a week, make it on the same day so you will remember, like mondays. Change sheets after sex or if husband sweats alot. To make it easier keep a few sets of sheets washed and ready to go, so you can strip your bed and make it right away. You can worry about washing the ones you take off later. Use extra fabric sheets when you dry your sheets to make them smell fresh. Good luck!

When ever it needs it!
I was a child that my mother bathed nightly! once a week!
I was a teen age girl, developing, once a week unless I needed help with girl issues.
I was a young wife, every morning that the linens had been soiled!
I had babies, when my body changed, when they slept with mumma and the diapers leaked, when formula was dripped!
Now I am OLD and going through menopause:
I sweat nightly, so I change linens daily!
Like I said at the beginning...When ever they need it!

I change my sheets weekly, unless I am ill and sweating alot then I change them more often. I like to wash my blankets that I use at least once a month, or if you have a clotheline, put the blankets outside and let the wind air them out.

it is a personal preference, however I like to wash it at 90 degrees every week. The 90 degrees is to get all the dust mites and everything out of them. I also love the smell of freshly laundered pillows.

I would wash mine everyday if it was practical...I LOVE having fresh, clean, crisp sheets! Anyway, to be realistic, once a week is about the best, unless you are just incredibly clean...then you might be able to get by with every 2 weeks.

If you shower in the morning instead of at night, then change it every day. If you do go to bed immaculately clean and never do anything to muss the sheets (sex, food, drink spills) then bi-weekly is fine. Otherwise change them when you make a mess.

Depends on whether you shower before you get into bed and if you sweat during the night, eat in bed, have messy sex, etc. Once a week at least.
