I have a heating blanket that is (the tag says) 100 % arcylic and 100% nylon binding and it is leaving blue fuzzies/lint everywhere. I tried a lint brush but ended up using atleast 10 pieces of tape. Can anybody recommend a way to get rid of this?

If it's new, try washing and drying it per the care label

Dandelion leaves will not do ur lizard any harm! Yes it counts as leafy plant matter, and (just to be sure i checked up on teh internet) and 1 of my friends used 2 have a blue tongues lizard and apparently they love them! Hope this helps! x
