I find that neither bleach nor ammonia (not together of course!!!) don't seem to remove it. I'm wondering if there is a better product or a better method.

scrub it down with comet and then spray it with a hose. It'll look brand new. good luck :)

Could you maybe rent a power washer.... The hot water combined with ther pressure of the water might do the trick better then anything....

and i know this is odd but have you tryed the Magic Erasser by Mr. Clean.... it works wonders
