Increase the ventillation!
Leave the bathrrom window open a little to increase the ventilation after a bath or shower.Keep the door closed and the radiator on low. The steamed up window is due to condensation on a cold window. The other ideas help but this will probably cure the problem.

Light a candle in the room before you take a shower. Or if you are taking a tub bath, run about an inch of cold water in the tub first, then adjust the temp the way you want it, No steamed windows

Soap scum. Rub the soap into the glass and polish it in. It forms an invisible protective layer. Try it on your bathroom mirror too, It really works.

I have used shaving cream in the past. Just coat the window in shaving cream and then wipe it off. You will have to reapply periodically.
