The smell is from stuff left in the machine not the clothes. The machine works well. I have been trying to clean the nooks and crannies with a screwdriver but it still smells.

My daughter is so messy when it comes to eating. She is always getting ketchup on her clothes and I don't want her to ruin all of her new school clothes. I am a stain freak and I can't stand to see her clothes ruined. I wonder if I can use Scotch Guard on them and if so how often should I spray them? Are there any other products I can use to repell stains?

I haven't picked up an iron in 5 years. My husband used to iron (before he met me).

I pick my materials carefully and make sure it all comes out of the machine asap before the creases set it. I put it on hangers to dry in our laundry room indoors.

I think I get away with it.

Who else does this?

Other than a flyswatter. I'm not a dirty person, but I have a dog. No more flies are coming in, but the ones that are in wont leave.

even Febreze. The odor comes back the same day. It's been so hot lately (sweat more) that the odor is even more noticeable. Yes, I do shower twice a day in the morning and at night. Does anybody have any suggestions?

Of course they all aim to clean your clothes, and some supposedly make whites whiter or remove stains well, but I am asking because I want to know if cheaper detergents are not good for your clothes. I especially have trouble with black t-shirts fading and looking dull. Would it help to buy a better detergent than "Era" ?

New homeowner/used home/3toilets all w/ serious hard water mineral build-up at water line. Everyday, regular toilet bowl cleaners are an exercise in futility & the Clorox tablets in the water tanks have made no difference. Please share your experience.

I believe it is a ceramic tub. I have let bleach sit in it for 2 days, I have scrubbed it with comet, tilex, awesome, magic erasers and it does not even come close to looking clean. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
