My kitchen counters are painted with a cream latex paint. Now I have some red-colored stains from different food and drinks and I can't fingure out how to get them out!

Did you use paint made for counters, floors, etc or did you use ordinary latex wall paint. Ify ou used the wrong kind of paint, your only solution may be to redo the job using the right kind of paint. Otherwise, an ordinary household cleaner with some bleach and a papertowel should do the trick.

If it is normal latex paint that is used on walls - then there is not much you can do about the staining because anything you use to try to remove it will also no doubt remove the paint as well
I would suggest if you used reg latex paint that you redo the counters using a Melamine paint. It will stand up better on your counters and is chip resistant. You can get it tinted to the colour that you desire. It is an oil based paint but meant for the job as well.

Type "how to get rid of latex stains" or something like that in the search box of a website as Yahoo, Google, etc. and you'll get what you want more than you need!

Hot water and soap.
Try bleach with water.
As a last resort I would use CLR. Read the instructions before attempting to use on the stained areas as it can be corrosive to some surfaces and can ruin what you want to clean.
