In the morning, dump the contents. If the gunk inside is soft, wear some rubber gloves and use rag to scrape out the stuff in the pot.

Rinse the pot with water a few times.

Once you can see metal, then use steel wool or softscrub to clean the pot so that its usuable again.

I've had a similar "journey" relative to my views on incest. I used to be completely disgusted by it. First cousins can have children without too much risk to the child, and so long as that child isn't also going to be involved in an incestuous relationship, things are likely going to be fine.

thats is grose and i would think the best way -to clean it is put bleach or sum kind of cleaner in there 4 a long time and let it sit 4 a long time (like 6,7 or 8 hours) and then get a bristle brush like with strong bristles not metal so u dont scratch it and scrub scrub scrub till your hand hurt
