I am about to buy a property in London, the generic valuation has been done by my lender already - which went ok. I wanted to know if these homebuyers reports are as thorough as they say and if its worth spending that much money on them.

I've got a cesspit which is probably about 50 years old but over the last 6 months or so the soakaway has stopped working, so i need to replace it with a new one, various people have suggested using perforated pipe / slotted pipe which is finebut how long do i need to make the run of pipe and what do i need to pack around the pipe to create the soakaway? and how much of a fall do i need to put on the pipe? I do get the cewsspit emptied regularly so this is only for the waste water and the land I've got drains really well, any advice would be great, cheers.

I live in St. Louis, MO. I am trying to help a friend look for grants or programs that help people fix up their homes at little or no cost. I tried the HUD website, but there is nothing or maybe I am just not looking in the right place. Does anyone have any ideas, information, or websites I can check out and help her out? All help is appreciated. Have a blessed day.

Hi. My school is currently organising an event. I need to change the classroom colour from its present white to red. It has to be a temporary way of changing the colour.

No paints are allowed.
Are there anyway to use any lightings?
Our budget is around 30 USD.

The present lightings in the classrooms are white fluorescent tubes. There are mirrors on each side of the tube. Two tubes are fitted together and there are around 12 of these fitted in the celings of the class.

Today I checked with Lowes, Namco, and Leslie Pool but none of them had any answers or were very helpful. Can you tell me what I need to do? Do I have to cure it first; with what? What type of paint do I use? Thanks in advance!
