The only reason you have moles is because of the grubs in your soil. Treat the lawn for grubs & the moles will go away. Castor beans are also a good natural poison for moles. Drop a few down the mole hole and they will gobble them up & die. Be sure not to let children or pets get ahold of the beans because they are toxic to them as well.

I tried everything, including professionals but did not have any luck until I used three mole traps and used them all at same time on the holes I found. (The kind that snap the moles neck) I worked my way up from one, to two, then a third trap out of frustration, then ended up killing about three moles! It would seem that moving just one trap from hole to hole did not work as they would just avoid that hole and trap and use a different hole. I recommend that you never touch the traps, use rubber gloves to avoid putting your scent on the trap. You need to cut a slit in the sod of it is in the lawn, roll the sod back a little and get the trap down into the ground. Just putting the trap over the hole and covering it with a box (to protect cats) did not work. I had to dig out some dirt to get the trap down in the hole. Then press the sod back to close up the hole as much as you can. Good Luck!

just for the record: if you want to poison your soil in the process of ridding your yard of moles, go ahead and pour gasoline down the holes. sheesh!

Moles are very hard to get rid of. What you need to do is get rid of the grubs they are feeding on.

One of the best ways I have found is by putting Moth Balls in the runway that they make. Smoke Bombs are also available but Moth Balls are cheaper

Are there no outdoor cats in your neighborhood? Cats are pretty good at keeping varmints out (except for the squirrels, of course).
