My carpet is AWFUL.

Even the big, top of the line cleaning machines won't get out the dirt, stains, and ground in stuff in my carpet.

I cannot recarpet it, I am 15 and my parents won't let me.

What takes staind out? And what about dirt? Except for where furniture used tobe the carpet has gone from white to a lightl dirty beige.

Any help will be wonderful, I can try anything, thank you.

I planted them from seeds directly in the ground .Their leaves grew nice and healthy and the radishes didn't,they even went to seed. This is my first time growing them.I have luck at everything else.My boyfriend is the one who eats them,so I left it to him to care for them, and he didn't seperate the seedlings as was told to do on the package, after they grew to a certain height.Could that have been the problem?

My Philodendron plant has been in the (same pot) for over 19 years.

*The only reason I keep Avoiding to Repot my Philodendron plant into a BIGGER Pot is because ---> I'm afraid my Philodendron will go into "Root Shock" if I accidently disturb the Root system.

Are Philodendron plants "sensitive" to Root Shock.....or not ??

And if it does go into Root Shock, I'm scared it could die*.

But it really needs to be Repotted cause my plant is getting Root Bound.

Help please = ))

My son spit up a bunch of formula all over my olive green twill couch. I used Woolite Oxy Deep (carpet cleaner that is usually AMAZING) on it and now the area I spray is significantly lighter than the rest. When I was rubbing the stain, no green dye came off on my rag, so I don't think the color is actually out of the furniture, but it looks hideous. Any suggestions?

Mine just exploded to the point of non-repair. I think it had a crack in it already, but I don't know. Lots of water poured out, and . . . well, I just need a new one. So generally how much does one white standard porcelien toilet cost???

I have a garage door One piece wooden, up and over, with two large springs on each side. One of the extension springs broke. I see you can buy extension springs at home depot. Is this a job I can do myself and replace with a new spring? Is it difficult? I read lots of answers that talk about the other kind of garage door with the spring in the middle being dangerous but what about replacing a spring on the side. If I have to call in a repair person to do the job what can I expect to pay?

This concerns my problem to what I think are called sugar ants, but I'm not sure. You see, I drank a can of Sprite last night and I woke up this morning to the empty can on my dresser just swarming with these little bugs! I threw the can out to get rid of them, but I saw them again a few hours later, running about on my dresser. One even managed to get on my arm without me realizing it until I felt a little sting. I look to see the small thing just positioned in one spot, so I swiped it off. I'm sure it bit me... but maybe I was imagining it? Anyway, these little creatures have somehow crawled onto other things in my room as I write this and I'm getting sick of the fact that they're actually here... I killed some with bug spray, but it only seems like others takes their place. I'm kind of afraid to sleep in my room tonight since I get the fear that I might wake up with them crawling over me...

What should I do to prevent these little insects from invading me and my room?

I read an answer to one of my questions about my bamboo leaves turning white. They said that bamboo does better in the shade and may not be getting enough water.

Is there any way to fix the plant from turning white? I water it often, and I know I'm not drowning it. I love my bamboo plant.

Its in a tiny pot too, would it still do well if i moved it into a bigger one?
