My son spit up a bunch of formula all over my olive green twill couch. I used Woolite Oxy Deep (carpet cleaner that is usually AMAZING) on it and now the area I spray is significantly lighter than the rest. When I was rubbing the stain, no green dye came off on my rag, so I don't think the color is actually out of the furniture, but it looks hideous. Any suggestions?

I finally invested in The Little Mean Green Machine from Bissell. That thing has saved my furniture from all kinds of nasty stuff. I got mine at Wal-mart for $45 a couple years ago and it is still going strong. It holds 1/2 gallon of cleaning solution and you can store it like that without it getting ruined. I keep cleaner in it and once the spot has been cleansed, I pour a cup of water over the spot to rinse. My microfiber couch still looks new. Because twill has so many grooves, you're going to have to get something that will enable you to rinse and scrub and get the excess water out or you'll start having to deal with mold in your cushions.

Since the stain is organic, I would use something like "Nature's Miracle" (available in many grocery stores and pet stores). It contains an enzyme that will literally digest the vomit and get rid of the stain, hopefully. In your case, though, it seems like perhaps the carpet cleaner is left in the couch fabric? Perhaps something like a steam cleaning with a machine would get that out.
