3 parts baking soda to 1 parts water what u need to do is make a paste and use that to scrub the plastic furniture with. It should work good .

Honestly if you have a pool, I throw them in my pool, soak 10 minutes, remove and dry. Perfectly clean plastic furniture.

I use a shower mildew cleaner or that new oxy scrub free shower spray
spray it on wait 20 min hose it down for tough spots i use a paste of bleach & b.soda w/ a old toothbrush

Get a blow up pool. Fill it with cleaner. Dump the chairs in. Get a sponge, and scrub! =)

depending how bad it is and old, most times better to get new stuff....try bleach with a scrub brush,comet to boot....go buy new stuff, like a log
