I live in St. Louis, MO. I am trying to help a friend look for grants or programs that help people fix up their homes at little or no cost. I tried the HUD website, but there is nothing or maybe I am just not looking in the right place. Does anyone have any ideas, information, or websites I can check out and help her out? All help is appreciated. Have a blessed day.

There are many places that do help the people that need it. Try "Habitat for Humanity" for one. Another is the Church in your area. We have a "Knights of Columbus" organization in our church the is volunteer retired craftsman who go out and help the people in our area that need it.
There's the "Vets" and other organizations that help the needy. Good Luck
