What is important to you cleanliness-wise in a bathroom? And exactly what YOU mean and your reasoning behind.
Same question regarding the kitchen sink. How you wash dishes(non-dishwasher) from beginning to end.
Where did you get your training or information from?

You will admit, that your methods of cleaning is different than your male counterparts that sometimes can be abrasive in a relationship.

Having the toilet seat down is another...but that is more of a convenience for you while having it up is more of a convenience for him.

Okay. So let me first start off by saying, I'm not real good with any kind of motors. With that in mind, I started my push mower today and it sounded like it wasn't up to full speed. I mowed my grass anyway, and midway through it started making this weird noise. When I finished I turned it on it's side to look underneath it. I guess I got a rope caught on the blades, because it was wrapped around it. So I took that off. When I started it up again to see if it would make the same noise, white SMOKE came off of it. I let it smoke for a little bit to burn off what I'm thinking is oil. When I turned it off, there was these oil drip stains all over it.

Here's my questions.
1.) Was that rope supposed to be on the mower? (I never thought to look underneath it when I bought it.)

2.) Why is there oil everywhere? Did I blow a gasket?

Any advice would be greatly apprieciated!

This yucca (elephantipes type, I think) is nearly 40 years old and I don't want to kill it..........but it's just too tall. I can't keep it in the house at this height. It's outside now, for summer, but in the fall when it's time to bring them all indoors, what to do?
Can these plants be just cut in two, or could I make a straight cut to take off the top 2 feet, eg.? How will that affect it?
And if cutting is ok, when should I do it, now or when it's back inside?
Thanks for advice!

Thanks

We moved into a new rental townhouse that has a Jenn Air oven with a self cleaning feature. Of course, the instruction manual is no where to be found! This is the first self cleaning oven I have had and am not sure how to use the feature. Any help would be truely appreciated.

I just had my house renovated. I had the house which is 1600 sq feet completely re-tiles with porcelain ceramic tiles. I had the walls in the bathrooms tiled also. I also had the entire house re-painted.

Now the cleanup. I am having a cleaning company come today. 2 girls to clean the entire house and windows for $160.00

She told me that it would take them both a total of 5 hours. I think $160.00 is reasonable. She said that they are bringing a machine (or machines) to clean the tile. The machine gets up to 95 degrees farenheit (she can adjust the temperature)

I am scared with my new tiles. There is some paint on the tiles and on the grout from the painting though.

The tiles are also dirty from the major renovations thatI had as well. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Do you squash? Wash away? Put outside? Or leave alone?
I think that if you chuck them outside they will just come back again. I always squash as I think drowning them is a bit of a prolonged death.

ok so our garbage disposal worked just fine until my lil bro tried to grind up 7 potatoes worth of peels down it, and now it doesnt do anything at all. Even turned on from the wall it doesnt hum, buzz, or anything else of that nature, just silence. Also, it wont let any water drain out either so the sink kinda stinks now. How do we fix this w/out calling someone or getting a new one?

We have 3 dogs in our house so I need one with good suction power and would prefer bagless. The Dyson's are the best BUT that is more money than I care to spend. Thanks for your input---I normally shop at WalMart, Lowes or Home Depot for things.
