I have concrete floor so Iam thinking to do central heating through roof the boiler will be at ground floor pipes go through roof to the first floor

yes should be ok along as your feed and expansion tank is higher than your rads and pipework routes , if its a sealed system no probs , you may have to fit air eliminators to high points to get rid of air although you can always air pipework through the rads .
i take it by the roof you mean the ceiling its not great idea to go outside with pipewrok due to heatloss and freezing problems

Do you mean ceiling? the roof is outside, on top of your house? If yes, then no problem as long as you fit air vents at the top of all loops. You could also run around most of the ground floor walls by fitting a box skirting, or using one of the specially designed pipe coverings.

In saying "going through the roof " you mean into the attic, then you have to make sure that you heating pump has enough head of water to pump the water up that height. You must also make sure the heating pipes are lagged well as temperatures in the attic are about the same as the outside temperature in winter.

Yes it's possible,You may have to raise your F/E tank Just make sure you put air vents in the pipework at the highest point, Keep pipework to a minimum, & lagging is essential.
