They actually make a silicone remover that won't damage any of your fixtures. You can buy it any hardware store I would assume.

You can get a product which softens the silicon from any DIY shop but you will still need a scraper and plenty of elbow grease!

I find that a plastic putty knife works well and does not scratch the surface. You may need to touch-up the edge with a file to "sharpen it a bit more. Then use denatured alcohol to clean the residue before reapplying caulk if that is what you are doing.

get a sanding spong and use water , like a kitchen spong , use water and sand untill gone, and rerinse area works great on porcelin
