Well anyway I think what happened was that I was drinking tea from it and I put it on my dresser when I was done then it fell over behind the dresser. Recently I moved my dresser to prepare to paint my room and I found it lying there and it was covered in dust. I think it was probably lying there for several months. Considering that fact, do you think it will still be ok to use the cup if I clean it with soap and water and stuff, or should I just forget about it. Would you find it offensive to drink from such a cup even though it would be clean presently. It is kinda a nice cup, it's made out of ceramic and it's part of a set of four. I didn't know what to do so I just left it on the floor for now.

I picked out a stucco color to give to the stucco guy so he could apply it on my house. As he started to apply the color i told him that the color did not match the color on the color chart. He told me that the sun was drying it out to fast but the color will go in and come back out. After a couple of days i notice that the color was still not the same. So, I called the company where he got the product from and explain to them what he did. Well, mr. stucco guy did not follow the direction and he decided to do it his way. Leaving my house looking like a big banana peel. So i told him that i am not paying him until he fix the problem. And he is saying that he will put a lien on my house. Can he do that if he did not do the work right.

I just planted a Crimson Sentry Maple late last fall '06; then had a normal winter here in Utah. This spring it grew new shoots at the very bottom, but it appears that the rest of the tree is dead....compared to the other one that I planted at the same time which the leaves are all in now. Should I wait it out a while longer to see if something grows, or should I just dig it up and replace it?

I just got these two old aluminum lawn chairs, and they need new webbing. I hope I can find some cool retro colors or at least something that is *not* trying to look neutral and/or "tasteful."

I need the kind that is made out of woven nylon and is about 2.5 inches wide. Where can I buy this stuff?

I know it used to be in hardware stores, but since no one sells this kind of chair anymore, it is getting hard to find.

Can anyone help me out?

I have new honey locust trees that I planted last fall. They are only a little over 7 feet tall, not very mature at all. Should I cut off the new shoots on the trunk? How do I know how low down on trunk I should let new shoots grow, etc., or do I just cut off all new shoots?

Four days ago, I left a pot on the stove and it burned, but did not catch fire. However, there was a lot of smoke and it took about 90 minutes to clear out. Unfortunately, the apartment still smells vaguely of smoke, and I'd like to fix this. What methods are best? I've tried Febreze. It didn't work.

Please, no silly or unhelpful suggestions.

It was called either white rock rose or red rock rose. It was a rock rose though but it was a bush i believe. Anyways I have never seen it anywhere and I was wondering if anyone had ever heard of it or knows where I could but one or find one in the wild. Thanks!

We heat our home with a wood burning stove and in the winter we dumped our ashes in the kiddie pool full of water because we didn't want to dump them in the trash or on the grass. Now we are going to dump it in the yard but my mom said that ash and water are caustic and dangerous and that we need to find a safer solution. Would it be bad to just dump it all in the yard?
