okay, heres my problem: if i have the lights on in a room at my house and i open the faucet, my lights go out. and when i close the faucets, my lights come back up. Or if im takin a shower and turn the light on, my water gets shut off automatically. but when i turn my light back off the water starts running.
who should i contact? A plumber? An electrician? or probably even an exorcist(yikes!)?

I was recently looking around for an apartment and I found in one the bathrooms the loveliest thing ever! Hope I can eplain this well. How can I put together athing that looks like a board with fabric on it that starts from the ceiling and drops down to just about the saw height og the show curtain rod, so it looks more like a curtain as opposed to shower curtain. I feel it just adds a bit of class to the bathroom and it's not just a plain shower curtain hanging on it's own. There is something right above it on a board of some sort and it is nailed to the ceiling.
Hope this makes sens to you.
