okay, heres my problem: if i have the lights on in a room at my house and i open the faucet, my lights go out. and when i close the faucets, my lights come back up. Or if im takin a shower and turn the light on, my water gets shut off automatically. but when i turn my light back off the water starts running.
who should i contact? A plumber? An electrician? or probably even an exorcist(yikes!)?

You've got yourself all screwed up. You need to put your cat in the Pet Semetary. When he comes back, he wants those two drinks of spirits - they were not for you!

Once you set these things right, your house will be back in order!

I think you have been watching too many horror movies. I would have said the water went off when electric was used, if you were on a well, but if one is off and the other on (just not both at the same time) I think you are trying to put one over on us.

I would honestly say that you should call an electrician. Then again, you could have a doppelganger and might want to have an exorcist stand by as well.

An electrician if you own the house. If you rent call the maintenance man or landlord.
