Cant' help you with prices for paint, although Walmart (if you have one) is the best place to buy paint. They can match any color, just about. But do you have a paint store, that the symbol is a can of paint being poured out of onto the globe?
I can't seem to think of their name, (Wililams?) but they have disc you can get, that you put it into your computer and try several color combinations, then pick the one you want ad print out the list of colors, which make the combination you chose. Just take that list to the paint store the disc came from, or to Walmart.

I googled in "Retail Prices Interior Paint" and found this website:

www.consumersearch.com/www/house_and_home/interior...

It gives the approximate price per gallon for several brands of paint. For the colors, you would have to visit the website of the paint companies, such as Behr, Valspar, Dutch Boy, etc.

Good luck. You're cuttin' it close, aren't you? Hope this helps.
